Our Fresh Wild Caught Swordfish steaks are great on the Grill or Broiled! Swordfish is excellent marinated, blackened, Cajun seasoned, or just a little lemon pepper. Swordfish has a full flavor and almost a steak like texture when cooked.

Each order consists of one 12 ounce Swordfish steak which has been hand trimmed..

Item ships fresh in a vacuum sealed package.

Item will arrive cold. steak should be eaten within 3 days of receiving or freeze immediately for later use.

If you choose to freeze steak upon arrival they will stay good frozen for 6 months.
