Flown in Fresh Lane snapper filets. Each order ships 2 fresh filets skin on and scaled. Each filet weights approximately 10 ounces each.

Item ships fresh in a vacuum sealed package.
Item will arrive cold. Filets should be eaten within 3 days of receiving or freeze immediately for later use.
If you choose to freeze filets upon arrival they will stay good frozen for 6 months.
