Each order contains 2 8 ounce portions of fresh wild caught halibut. Taste is very mild with this cold water Halibut which has a white firm flaky texture. Great grilled, broiled, baked or sautéed!

Item will arrive fresh and cold. Filets should be eaten within 3 days of receiving or freeze immediately for later use.
If you choose to freeze filets upon arrival they will stay good frozen for 6 months.
